We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept chewed toys or used grooming products.

• Process: Email us at support@furtribe.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

• Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
