2. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make a change, please contact us within the first 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.

4. How do I know which size is right for my pet? In the description of each product (especially for collars, harnesses, and clothing), you will find a Size Guide. We recommend measuring your pet and leaving a two-finger gap for their comfort.

5. Are your materials safe for pets with allergies? Absolutely! At Furtribe, we prioritize hypoallergenic, BPA-free, and non-toxic materials. Your tribe’s health is our top priority.

6. Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship happiness to pets all over the globe. Delivery times vary by location (check our Shipping Policy for more details).

7. What if the product arrives damaged? We are very sorry if this happens. Please send us a photo of the damaged product to Fuurtribe@gmail.com .com within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
